operation. The audit begins with an online survey seeking answers to
basic questions and guiding your staff through the collection of
information. Once The Balman Group has analyzed the audit and held at
least one face-to-face meeting with your staff, the CEO will receive
an analysis of operations and a detailed set of recommendations.
